right ! Yesterday was the most hyper and blasted ( uh....maybe nt quite the right word but nvm...) day I've had in a long long while..Went for the countdown to 2005 at esplanade first before crossing over to orchard road. Esplanade was kinda solemn...not many people were there to watch the performances maybe because of the on and off rain ....but the atmosphere was incredibly romantic ^-^ !! my bunch of really mad frenz who shared the last day of 2004 with me - ping, su hua, menny, justin, wei leong, guan jie, yong lin, faizal, farhan, fathuddin, faizal's cousin, heri, melvin, shichow, yinhsuan, justine, yinan, jingmin, damian, wee tong, raymond? and zheng wei. (hopefully my memory serves me right cause there's just soo many of them!) and boy, did we have a blast ! (i think the word's more suitable to be used here heee...) as usual, orchard was jam-packed with crazy party-goers hungry to savour the excitement and and fun that the countdown would bring. ( i think i would have been lost if ping didn't hold on to me!) Spray cans were all the rage man.... diff colours of snow-like foam and strings were sprayed mercilessly on the crowd by small kids, bengs, ah peks and teens... It was fun to be part of the moment but i sure do hate those yellow stringy stuff that was sprayed on me....it was so so so so STICKY and it STAINED my bag ! ugh!!! haha....nevertheless, the countdown was indeed an experience !! the guys were very sweet though - they played some sorta funfare games where u throw a ball and try to hit the cans down to win a prize and lo and behold they got me - a crossbreed bear....one with long bunny ears and a bear bear's body hahahaha ( incredulously...it looks cute !) and I gave it a name to suit the occassion - " Happy New Year "...right....its kinda lame but tht name will remind me of the wonderful new year's eve i spent with my frens :) ! and so...Happy New Year got drenched in snow too....and now he smells funny ..hehe no thanx to a stranger who was evil enough to attack an innocent bear !...after the countdown we met up with the pool pro's haha (faizal, farhan they all) and watched them playing till abt 130 am like that ...then we shared a cab home and i reached home at 210 am i think....had a gd bath and collapsed on the bed to have the much needed sleep :D ! i guess i could summarize the whole night's experience with three words - Meaningful and Memorable Fun !!! especially since all of us will be taking new paths next year .....where we may go no one will noe....but i cherish the fact that all of you are part of my life now and thats more than enough to show me how much u guys cared for our friendship !! I absolutely love you guys :) !

and to tht certain someone...believe me when i said you didn't ruin my day =) ... I thank you for the courage that i will neva have and may all the best be with you in 2005 and the many more years to come... :)

right....on a lighter note....there's just ONE 1 SATU YI UNOS pathetic day left to the start of my jc life....uh....im not even half prepared for it....i don't even noe how my sch looks like, where it is, how long the journey will take and worse...I don't know anyone there or going there !!! Friendless and hopeless....i think those two words will make up my first day in jc .... maybe I'm just being paranoid but ahh heck tht....I'm just gonna resolve to being as friendly as i can and just .....just hope everything will turn my way :) ! they say there's nothing better than some postive thinking to kick start ur new year huh?
